You sign one contract with Explera DMC, and we contract the artists and arrange work permits, travel, riders and show-day coordination.

How do I book an artist through Explera DMC?
Send a brief through the booking form with the date, venue, guest profile and budget, or shortlist artists from the roster first. The South Korea desk (b2b@explera.kr) confirms availability with the artists and replies with a shortlist and an all-inclusive quote. You then sign one contract with Explera DMC.
Who do I contract with, the artist or Explera?
With Explera DMC only. Artists on the roster are represented exclusively by Explera in the destinations shown on their profile, so every booking there is contracted, invoiced and managed through Explera.
What does the quote include?
The quote lists every cost for the engagement: the performance fee and, where they apply, flights, hotels, ground transport, work permits and rider items. What is included is written into the quote before you confirm, so there are no separate artist invoices.
How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. Popular artists and peak dates fill first, and international performers need time for work permits and travel. Send the brief even if some details are open; the desk will tell you what is achievable for your date.
Who handles work permits and visas in South Korea?
Explera's destination team prepares the work permit and visa paperwork with the artist, arranges travel and accommodation, and matches the technical rider with your venue and production supplier.
What happens if an event is cancelled or moved?
Cancellation and postponement terms depend on the artist and the date, and they are written into your contract before you sign. Tell the desk as soon as plans change.
Can you find an act that is not on the roster?
Yes. Describe the act in your brief and the desk will source it. The roster shows the artists already contracted with Explera; it is not the limit of what we can book.
Are artist contact details or fees shown on the site?
No. Profiles show the act, biography, photos and videos only. Fees are quoted per event, and all communication with the artist runs through Explera.
